These categories carry forward the current Nubinity acceptable-use and abuse-reporting guidance.

Hacking

Attempting to breach Nubinity systems or using Nubinity services for unauthorized access or illegal hacking.

Email / SMS Spamming

Mass marketing, chain email, bulk sendmail, robotic calling, bulk SMS, and nuisance communications.

Cryptocurrency Mining

Mining, mining pools, remote mining, or blockchain manipulation on services where it is prohibited.

Viruses and Malware

Malware hosting, backdoors, trojans, warez, malicious software, or infrastructure used to distribute them.

VPN / TOR Routing

Unauthorized VPN or TOR exit nodes, routing services, service meshes, or non-general CDN services.

Open Mail Relays

Open POP, IMAP, or SMTP proxies and relays, including through shared-hosting email services.

How to report

Send evidence to the Network Operations Center.

Include the affected IP, domain, URL, date, time, timezone, relevant logs or headers, and a concise description of the activity.
