Nubinity, LLC is a US-based technology company headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, providing managed security, hosting, connectivity, professional services, and application design. Founded in 2019, the team brings together consulting, cybersecurity, DevOps, hosting, and design expertise to help organizations operate complex technology with greater clarity.
The story
From hosting foundation to a broader technology company.
Nubinity was founded by Pavel Glukhikh, Nicolas Pais, Joshua Freedman, and Juan Cortes—industry professionals with experience across consulting, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and DevOps.
Building on the foundation of Universal Hosting, LLC, the team recognized that organizations needed more than capacity and control panels. They needed strategic guidance, stronger security, thoughtful design, and people willing to own the path from an idea to a working system.
The name reflects that mission. Nube is Spanish for cloud, while inity suggests proximity. “Closer to the Cloud” means making infrastructure and technology more accessible, understandable, and connected to real business outcomes.
